Richard Outram CPA FCCA
CEO & Founder/ Board Chair
As CEO/CFO executive and board member over a 40 year career, Richard has led companies through growth and turnaround cycles and exit strategy. As CEO of Financial Acumen Inc, Richard is focused on coaching and advising executive leaders to achieve their highest potential in business and life. He is a board member and special advisor to several non-profit organizations including Step Up For Students and Financial Executives International. Richard is passionate about enabling learning and development for students and emerging leaders through mentoring and training workshops. He is an author of financial literacy books, as well as host of the "Prepare4Growth" leadership podcast series.
Jerry Outram
Founder & Board Member
Dr. Jerry Outram (retired), was born in Guyana and a UK citizen, has worked in the field of cancer research and held several executive positions in global brands. He has led global R&D multicultural teams involved in the identification of new products for regulatory approval, new business development, Technology Scouting and Open Innovation. . Dr Outram has a PHD in Chemistry from Imperial College in London. He been an advocate for supporting children/adults with special needs and by example was a founding parent of a school that provides individualized education to autistic children. He is passionate that ‘one can make a difference.’
Naseema Outram RN

Naseema is an experienced dialysis registered nurse who now runs a CPR training practice affiliated with the American Heart Association. Naseema is an active volunteer for Children's Harbor, The Guyana Relief Council, and other nonprofit organizations, focused on mentoring children, as well as member advocate for Women Executive Leaders (WEL).
S.M. Hussein Haniff

Hussein ("Butch") is an esteemed financial management executive (Born and Raised in Guyana) primarily within the global banking and financial services industry, and recently served as CEO & Vice Chairman, Laparkan Air & Ocean Shipping, International Division. Hussein has extensive experience in working with Non Government Organizations (NGOs) to alleviate poverty and promote literacy in Guyana and the Caribbean. He is also Owner/President ,International Consulting Services Group,Inc. which offers strategic business and M&A consulting, as well as regulatory banking compliance.
Kiran Outram
Founder & Project Manager
Kiran is a Revenue Analyst at Royal Caribbean combining his expertise in analytics and finance. Kiran has a natural curiosity and passion for simplifying business processes, including utilizing AI tools to generate efficient and effective outcomes. Kiran is an advocate for nonprofits helping children, most notably financial literacy and AI chatbot training.
Ishan Outram

Ishan is the founder and CEO of “Your Story LLC”, a multimedia company comprised of award-winning creatives servicing full cycle media needs for small to mid sized businesses. Ishan supports several non-profit organizations helping children and is the co-founder of trAin, an AI chatbot training company.
